Scientist/Sr. Scientist,  Gene Discovery

The successful candidate should be a highly motivated scientist capable of working independently and as team player in our Gene Discovery Group on technology and metabolic disease related projects. He/She will perform research and date analysis on state-of-art sequencing systems. This individual will work closely with different project teams and departments within Clingenix as well as in collaboration with academic institutions.
Qualifications:
MSc or Ph.D. in molecular biology or a related field with extensive hand-on experience with cell culture, data mining using public and commercial databases, genomic DNA isolation, PCR, DNA cloning, DNA sequencing, RNA isolation and RT-PCR. Computer experience and/or genomic experience highly desirable. We are looking for self-motivated and very organized individuals with strong communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements:  Clinical Monitor/Manager

北京美华科林生物科技公司 (Clingenix Beijing), a Sino-US Biotech JointVenture, has an opening for Clinical Project Manager to work in its Beijing office. This is a mid or senior level position reporting directly to VP of operation and CEO.
You will be responsible for performing and coordinating all aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with SDA (China), GCPs, GLPs, and global SOPs to assess the efficacy of a molecular test for a pre-diabetic condition.  You will conduct site visits to determine protocol and regulatory compliance (both at the investigators sites and molecular labs), prepare required documentation, and report to senior management. You will represent the company in the local medical research community and develop collaborative relationships with investigators who participate in the current and future clinical trials. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical monitoring, a solid understanding of basic molecular biology, excellent communication skills (in Chinese), and working knowledge of English.  Knowledge in therapeutic and/or clinical specialty to include medical terminology preferred.

He/She will perform research and date analysis on state-of-art sequencing systems. This individual will work closely with different project teams and departments within Clingenix Beijing as well as in collaboration with academic institutions.
Qualifications:
MSc or Ph.D. in public school of health or molecular biology or a related field with extensive knowledge of statistics, mathematics, data mining using public and commercial databases. Computer programming experience and/or genomic experience highly desirable. We are looking for self-motivated and very organized individuals with strong communication skills.
