Just try!

1) A HK scientist has revealed different activation areas in Chinese and English - speaking person several years ago (if I am not wrong).

2) Japan-Born Chinese (JBC) and Japanese Natives (JN) might not be so suitable as we had expected.  Japanese- Chinese, they share  a lot.

3) People lives in different regions viewes the world differently ( a paper concerning African childeren in Nature 04? Not quite sure. -<). So, the answer to your conjecture should be "Yes". But, how to diassoiate the should-be difference? How to make it notable, to make it salient? fMRI? Electroencephalogram? Psychophysics?

4) As Bobking has referred, Learning-Related Plasticity was found in auditory cortex and somatosensory cortexes (altered topographic reorganization) instead of early visual cortex. So, plasticity varied across sensory modals?

What your opinion about plasticity ??
