DESCRIPTION:
China International Neuroscience Institute (China-INI) is located in Beijing, the Capital of China, and a service area with 20 million residents.
CHINA-INI, a collaborative project of China and Germany, is designed like a brain and has the same architectural appearance as INI-Hannover with more than 300 beds. CHINA-INI will undoubtedly be one of the most significant neuroscience centers for treatment, research and academic exchanges in Asia-Pacific by virtue of its strong clinic handling capability, new mode of management, advanced medical facilities as well as a highly professional team composed of some of the top experts in the world neurosciences.

CHINA-INI International Neuroscience Training Program will enroll 20 young people, which is related to the fields of Neurosurgery, Neurology, Neuroradiology, Neuroendocrinology, Neuropathology, Audiologist, Biomedical Engineering, OR Equipment Maintenance and Electromechanical Equipment Maintenance. After the 2-year training program, they will have chance to be permanently employed by CHINA-INI. The participants will be sent to different international medical training centers in German or other European countries for professional training, which is fully financial supported by CHINA-INI.


Neuroscience Training Program Requirements
Age: under 35
Gender: both
Language: good capability in English (Chinese and German is preferred)
Chinese Medical certification is required for clinical position.  
The participants should be active in scientific research, and publish at least two articles on peer-reviewed, influential journals during the training.
If the participants withdrawn from the program or unable to achieve the program requirement, they will be order to repay the double fees for the training.

中国国际神经科学研究所(CHINA-INI)地处首都北京市中心，是中德合作项目，建成后将有与德国汉诺威INI一致的颅脑形建筑外观，床位数多达300张。凭借其庞大的临床处理能力，高水准的管理模式，先进的医疗设施，以及由国际神经医学领域顶级专家构成的学术团队，CHINA-INI无疑将成为亚太地区最具规模的神经科学医疗、研究和学术中心。CHINA-INI神经科学培训计划将向全球招募20名青年人，专业领域涉及神经外科、神经内科、神经放射、神经内分泌、神经病理、听力学、医学工程、手术器械维护和机电设施维护。入选者将在CHINA-INI资助下派往德国或欧洲相关医学中心进行专业培训2年。在完成专业培训后，他们将有机会留在CHINA-INI，成为其正式的一员。

培训计划要求
年龄35岁以下；性别不限；
有很好的英语会话及写作能力，兼顾中文、德文者优先；
临床职位需要相关中国医学资格认证；
入选者需有较高的科研积极性，培训期间需在影响力较高、同行评审期刊上发表两篇文章。
若入选者中途退出培训或未能达到培训要求，需双倍赔偿培训费用。

神经外科
需6人；亚专业：神经肿瘤、小儿神外、功能神外、神经创伤、脊髓脊柱疾病、颅底各一人；需中国医师执照。

神经内科
需2人；专业：神经电生理诊断及监测，神经功能性疾病围手术期评估；需中国医师执照。

神经放射
需2人；专业：MRI编程及操作应用，神经系统放射治疗；需中国医师执照。

神经内分泌
需2人；专业：神经内分泌；需中国医师执照。

神经病理
需1人；专业：神经肿瘤病理；需中国医师执照。


听力师
需1人；专业：针对听觉及前庭系统疾病的检查、监测；

手术器械维护
需1人；专业：神经外科手术器械设备维护。

医学工程
需1人；专业：医学设备的研发及维护。

机电设备维护
需1人；专业：机电设备安装及维护。
