我刚上大学 什么都不懂 书上写得更看不懂 我想知道动作电位到底是怎么产生的 它和voltage gated ion channel到底有什么联系 谢谢高人指教

Action potential is a quick depolariztion and recovery of the membranepotential. The action potential is a result of the activation of avariety of voltage activated ion channels, including voltage activatedNa+ channel, K+ channel, Ca2+ channel. They are activated at thedifferent phase of an action potential. For details, you need to readthe book.

细胞膜上有许多离子通道，包括电压门控通道，其中有与动作电位有关的电压门控性Na通道，当细胞膜受到刺激，膜电位发生变化，达到电压门控性Na通道的域电位时，通道打开，对Na的通透性增高，Na瞬时内流，形成动作电位。当然，这不是一个离子通道的贡献，而是多个离子通道同时作用的结果。
