细胞纤维粘连蛋白Cellular Fibronectin (cFn) ELISA 试剂盒 Fibronectins (Fns) are large glycoproteins present both insoluble in extracellular matrix (ECM) and soluble in various  body fluids. The cold insoluble form is called cellular fibronectin (cFn) and the soluble form plasma fibronectin (pFn). Fns have a role in various phenomena such as tissue  organization， cell adhesion， differentiation， as well as  tumor invasion and metastasis. cFn is largely confined to the cells that line blood vessels， where it mediates the interaction between those cells and blood cells. It also plays a role in blood-clot transformations. Cellular Fibronectin (cFn) in EDTA plasma - Unspecific cancer marker.
